SOW's mission is contingent on strong and deep partnership with creative companies, brands, studios, institutions, and leaders to generate real long-term change in the sector.

Past & Current Partners

What does partnership look like:

Sponsorship

Partners can sponsor SOW’s free Talent Development programming for Members in order to directly invest in the development of the next creative class. Sponsorship is available for Master Classes, Artists Talks and more.

Programming Topics Include:

  • Fundamentals Of Strategy

  • Principles Of Creating A Brand

  • Managing Clients, Negotiation, and Freelancing

  • The Art of the Pitch

  • Annual Portfolio Review

Fellowship

SOW gives Partners the opportunity to reimagine a more equitable internship model. The program includes a Co-Interview Model, a Facilitated Matching Process, Intensive Training for Partners and Fellows, an Impact Report, and more.

Placement &
Recruitment

Partners can hire directly from SOW’s Talent agency for freelance, part-time, and full-time positions. SOW currently manages and represents a roster of rising young BIPOC photographers, filmmakers, and designers, and more. In 2020, SOW additionally began to recruit for mid to senior level BIPOC creatives.
